The Field Service Specialist will actively contribute to meaningful projects and work closely with the Warmar Technology Solutions team.

Duties and Responsibilities

·       Support the team and clients in maintaining hardware, software, and other systems.

·       Troubleshoot issues and provide technical support.

·       Organize and maintain IT resources.

·       Lend IT support in areas such as cybersecurity, programming, analytics, and data center management.

·       Undertake other projects and duties as assigned.

·       Be available on-call to customers.

Requirements

·       Completed a program or degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Management Information Systems.

·       Skills in computer, telephony, networking, surveillance, and AV troubleshooting.

·       Familiarity with JavaScript, PowerShell, Python, and Microsoft Office Suite.

·       Familiarity with Mac OS and Windows OS.

·       Strong verbal and written communication skills.

·       Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

·       Ability to work well in teams.

·       Strong ethics.

·       Attention to detail.

·       Strong networking experience.

·       Computer hardware experience.

·       Own vehicle and insurance.

·       Comfortable with ladders, lifts, and small spaces.
